Rates for services.

• Hourly Rates: £40
• Day Rates: Daily rates range from £150  and above. (Depending on the complexity of the job)
•  Emergency Call-Outs:  Call-out fee is £75, £60 an hour after call-out fee for emergency services. 

 The services provided are only to give an idea of what I provide, if you don't see what you are looking for. Please contact me and I can provide the information you need.

•  Install/repair cold water supplies.

• Fit/replace taps, showers, sinks, and toilets.

• Install bathroom suites (excluding unvented systems)

•  Connect/maintain waste and soil pipes.

• Fit/replace WC units, basins, bidets .

• Unblock toilets and internal waste systems.

•  Detect/repair leaks, drips, blockages.

• Replace faulty valves, pipes, cisterns.

• Bleed radiators

•  Install/maintain radiators and towel rails.

• Fit thermostatic radiator valves. (TRVs)

• Drain/refill sealed central heating systems.

• Connect appliances to mains water and waste systems.
